Jiann has advised and consulted with multiple diverse organisations across Australia, the UK and Ireland, unpacking complex issues, empowering teams to reach their full potential and inspiring inclusive leadership.
An accomplished community development practitioner, she is driven by the principles of social justice, equity and inclusion. She was awarded a Masters of Community Development from UNSW with a focus on policy, governance, program monitoring, evaluation and reporting, needs assessment and rights-based project design.
As an accredited Organisational Coach, she builds strong foundations of trust and psychological safety in teams and am highly attuned to what motivates individuals and what elevates their performance.
Her PhD in socially engaged practice from UTS enabled her to explore methods of participation and refine research and writing skills. She is a Mental Health First Aider and has a certificate in Instructional Design.
